Alicia Berry-Kaho is the daughter of Zula & Walter Ward and Luther McDaniel.

She was raised in the countryside of

McBride, MS in Jefferson County.

She now resides in Fayette, MS.

 

Alicia is married to Barron Kaho and is the mother of 7 beautiful children Laquanda Kaho, Kierra Barnes, Calvin Barnes Jr, Devin Barnes, Za'Kyeria Thomas, Janiya Jones, Ayden Jones, three of which she adopted.

 

Alicia has been in the medical field for 21 years starting out as a Nursing Assistant. She then attended nursing school at Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson, MS where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2005. She worked as a Medical/Surgical nurse, Mental Health nurse, and a Long-Term Care nurse. She later became  Nurse Educator in 2007 teaching Certified Nursing Assistant classes at The Jefferson County Vocational Center in Fayette, MS.

 

She first became an entrepreneur in 2010 through Primerica Financial Company as a

Life Insurance Specialist, which ignited her passion for entrepreneurship. She later opened her first Healthcare Training School campus

" Kaho Healthcare Training Facility, LLC in October 2016 in Fayette, MS. A year later she opened her second campus in Brookhaven, MS. She also has established a non-profit organization MILE Z.A.R. to help to financially assist those that are in need to have a chance to receive an education and career.

 

Alicia enjoys reading, learning and spending time with her family.
